Präsentation Montréal-Austausch »Traces«

Ten artists will be working together from May to November, 2017 towards a performance which will be presented at Concordia University (Montréal / Canada) in November. Given the prompt “traces” and a carte -blanche, we started the research and exploration phase of this collective project at Friedrich-Alexander Universität in May.

On July 18th, 2017 we invite you to attend our public presentation of our work so far. Come to meet us, acquire an insight of our process and give us feedback.

Erlangen – Montreal 2017: Traces

Traces give no picture of the world; they don’t point at the world as something lying outside the traces but the world in the traces themselves; they are evidence of hope, loss, faith, charity, pain, joy. Therefore, they need a vis-à-vis; at least one person who listens, sees, smells, feels. Traces are autonomous prologues to the old plays. They do not want to revolutionize, but to make aware.
